~*Present Pigs*~
~*Jenny*~
This is Jenny! We bought her on the 24th July 2005 from Guinea Pig Paradise. She was soo small! I absolutely love Jenn's nature, she's so sweet and great for cuddles. She's also a brilliant acrobat, and can do leaps like a little ballerina. Jenny is sometimes hard to control, when she wants to be somewhere, she has to be somewhere, and there's no stopping her! So you have to be really careful when holding her as she'll run laps around you! Jenn also loves to lick hands and chins of human folk! It's very cute :o)
~*Edie*~
This is Edie, also known as Eeds! She was bought along with Jenny on the 24th July from Guinea Pig Paradise. She has a completely different personality though! Edie is the powerful one of the group. She struts around her palace 24/7 and if she wants the cuddle-e-cup, whoever is in it MUST get out and if they dont she shall remove them with force! Edie is miss princess and always gets what she wants. She is gorgeous to cuddle as she's the biggest of my pigs and flops down to sleep on your shoulder. You must beware as she gets a bit nibbly at times!
~*Tinkerbell*~
This is my prettyful Tinkerbell! We bought her from pets at home on the 30th August 2005. Tink is a shy bairn but she still gets what she wants by being sooo cute! She's the smallest of the three, and when Edie tries to bully her, she runs into little gaps that Edie can't get in to! Tink is a lovely cuddler but she always runs into your clothes to find a hidey place. Her favourites are sleeves, pockets, and on your stomach under a top hehe. Tink always purrs whenever you touch her and loves human company, and she is also getting along well with the other girls after I introduced them in September.
~*Sophie*~
Sophie is a gorgeous little pigger who is super fluffy and girly! She was bought from pets at home on the 15th October 2005. Soph used to belong to Dan as he bought her and I went along. Unfortunately he wasn't allowed to keep her :o( But she did end up joining our herd! :o)
~*Past Piggies*~
~*Onion*~
This is my gorgeous onion, also known as nunny! He was a lovely fluffy bundle of cuddlyness! We bought Onion from a breeder near where I live, in the Autumn of 1999. We brought him and his brother home in a crisp box and they lived in a hutch for a while. We decided we wanted them to live indoors and bought them a cage each. Onion had a lovely personality. He'd never bite and loved to cuddle, he also loved his veggies A LOT! Sadly, Onion passed away on Christmas Eve 2001 :o( His cause of death was unknown, and he was only 2 years old! Miss you Nunny x
~*Pickle*~
This is Onion's brother, Pickle. He was a gorgeous little piggy, the more shy of the two, but we eventually got him round to loving cuddles. After Onion's death, Pickle spent three more years with us, and got to enjoy human company. We used to love seeing him happily eating grass in the summer, and snuggling into a big ball of hay in the winter. Sadly, when Pickle died a couple of days before Chrismas 2004 (at the age of five), I was on holiday and did not get to say goodbye :o( I hope Pickle knows how much I love and miss him! x
~*Piggy Friends*~
As well as having my own three little piggies, they have their own piggy friends! Here they are...
~*Bobby, Amber and Ginge*~
These are "The Girls"! They are owned by my friend Dan. Margo used to live with the girls and was the mother of Amber and Bobby. Ginge is 4, Bobby and Amber are 3. Ginge is the only one who isn't black and has different shades of ginger all over her!
In the first photo, two of the girls are eating strawberries from a strawberry plant in the garden, naughty girls!
In the second photo is Margo sitting on my lap. Unfortunately this poor girlie passed away on the 16th December 2005. We all miss her so much. Margo was the most gorgeous sweet guinea I've ever known, there is more about Margo on the rest in peace page.
In the third pic is Ginge in the hutch. She ran away soon after I took that photo!
Dans girls live in a 2 storey hutch which is kept in the garden in the summer and in the summer house over winter! The girls are so cute and great for cuddles, but they do wee a lot :oP I love dan's piggies! x
~*Izzie*~
This is my friend Lou's little Izzie! She is very small and has already been with us a couple of months. She's very cute and mad and likes to popcorn on her own. She also loves to wee on Lou's bed - naughty piggy! Izzie is a gorgeous colour and has really funky fur!
